Many years before, I never knew where you were!
You were somewhere there, and me, somewhere here!
But time has brought us together again,
after years of heartache, tears and pain!
A good friend you called me and so I called you too.
What more could I call a person whom I love so true?
A friend is all I can ever be to you!
For you still love the man, who broke your heart into two!
And there I am, still waiting in line;
hoping I will be yours, and you will be mine.
Therefore I ask this one more time;
Please can I be your Valentine?
